Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial real estate clients with outstanding service including opening accounts, transferring funds, research, processing wires, payments and advances.
  • Process loans and the subsequent monitoring, which includes managing exceptions. Coordinate closings with borrower, title company, environmental firm, surveyor, appraiser and attorney. Coordinate with RM on any documentation negotiation.
  • Pre and post-closing review of loan documentation
  • Administration of construction draws
  • Process Note Receivable lines, including Note pledges, releases, audit and compliance
  • Administration of NSF’s, overdrafts, exceptions, past dues, maturing loans and CDs, dormant accounts and BSA compliance
  • General duties such as weekly scanning, filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updating various reports
  • Assist with special projects as necessary

Qualifications

  • Must have 2-5 years of experience in a commercial real estate loan administration
  • Superior client service skills/attitude
  • Comprehension of loan documentation
  • Construction administration experience preferred
  • Must possess a good understanding of business entity documentation requirements
  • Knowledge of lien perfection and compliance regulatory requirements
  • Ideal candidate is highly articulate, proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Must also be able to interface with top level management, clients, attorney, title companies, vendors and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience with AFS and Fiserv or other commercial loan and deposit systems preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office)
