Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time; performing repetitive motion tasks; handling of light-weight objects up to 10 pounds, and some standing or walking.



Shift

Up to 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.



Job Summary

• Manage and organize the shared email inbox
• Correspond with departments regarding missing documents and follow-up actions
• Ensure receipt of all necessary documents from departments
• Consolidate documents into a single file for processing
• Organize documents for processing into appropriate folders
• Upload processed documents
• Conduct records audit and take required actions on missing documents



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Outlook, excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Education/Experience

Previous work in an office setting. Business majors preferred.
