ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Manager, Paid Search to join our remote Paid Media team. This role is specifically focused on B2B Lead Generation for the education sector, specifically supporting Universal Technical Institute. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience managing high-budget, multi-campaign paid search accounts and thrives on delivering qualified leads at scale. 

We are looking for someone with a proven background in education verticals or similar industries, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet nuanced client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, lead scoring, and campaign optimization for CPL and lead quality. 

Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Lead the development and execution of paid search strategies tailored to education-focused B2B lead generation, including managing regional campaigns to address market-specific needs.
  • Implement and optimize campaign structures for CPL and high-quality lead outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates to integrate features that enhance campaign performance.
  • Forecast performance outcomes based on client budgets, benchmarks, and historical data.
  • Meticulously manage and pace budgets exceeding $500K/month across multiple campaigns to meet or exceed lead-generation goals.
  • Leverage offline conversion tracking (OCT) to improve attribution and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct data-driven optimizations and identify growth opportunities through comprehensive analyses.
  • Develop testing roadmaps and implement A/B tests for continuous improvement.
  • Create and deliver insights-driven reporting with actionable recommendations to drive client growth.
  • Respond to client requests promptly and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of paid search experience across Google and Microsoft Ads with 2+ years of agency experience in B2B Lead Generation
  • 3–5 years of paid search experience, with 2+ years in agency environments working on B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Expertise in education verticals or related fields with complex lead-generation needs.
  • Experience managing campaigns with regional targeting to optimize performance across diverse geographic markets.
  • Proven ability to manage 20–50+ campaigns and budgets exceeding $500K/month.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring and high-value lead acquisition strategies.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and other key B2B KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including value-based bidding strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional data interpretation skills to drive performance optimization.
  • Skilled in creating compelling ad copy and creative that aligns with education-focused messaging.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at prioritizing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Team player open to feedback and committed to professional growth.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in education verticals or related industries is strongly preferred. Candidates with primary experience in pharma or e-commerce may not be a fit for this role.

BONUS POINTS 

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM integrations.
  • Knowledge of additional Google or Microsoft ad formats, such as Display, Demand Gen, or Performance Max.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush or other competitive analysis tools.
  • Collaboration experience with other paid media channels or SEO teams.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION  

  • Base Salary: USD $75,000.00 to $90,000.00; depending on experience and skills  
  • Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
