Physical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods of time working at a computer. Lifting, pushing and/or pulling objects over 25 lbs, standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs.

Job Summary
This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, customer service minded individual to work in a Procurement.
Responsibilities will include:
- performing general administrative duties
- monitoring procurement compliance against University-wide policies
- assisting with the development of bids, request for proposals, and contracts
- perform day-to-day administration of purchase orders
The successful candidate will:
- be able to maintain a high level of customer support to internal & external customers
- take initiative to further develop and enhance customer service
- adhere to deadlines while balancing urgent needs with ongoing responsibilities
- focus on achieving the timely completion of all tasks
- other duties as assigned
