The hiring range for this role is:  

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range andthis hiringrange may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonusincentivepay.

The Project Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting Synergie’s team with general executive assistant responsibilities such as presentation preparation and calendar support; most time will be spent on supporting the operations team with the on-going development and maintenance of various initiatives that support Client Services, Analytics, Project Management Office and Technology. This includes being responsible for coordinating small-scale cross-functional projects and supporting larger scale initiatives. Also supports overall coordination, status reporting of cross-functional project-oriented work efforts, including workplan activities, and tracking and reporting company performance.

Primary Job Functions

  • Project Support: Support efforts around delivery of initiatives and support issue resolution through tracking and implementation. Aid in the administration of participant correspondence and ongoing implementation activities. Provide support to business and technical team by assisting with testing functions of new software and delivery platforms. Special projects as assigned.
  • Planning: Responsible for coordinating team planning discussions and related outputs to develop roadmaps, focus on key priorities and track success measures.
  • Reporting: Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting of cross-functional project oriented work efforts. This includes responsibility for tracking key project milestones and tracking and reporting company goals.
  • Department Support: Provide department administrative support including managing senior executive’s schedule including internal/external meetings, presentations and on-going work. Arrange meetings and conference calls with internal and external attendees, including scheduling, communicating meeting logistics and material preparation. Support ad-hoc projects. Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees.

Education, Experience and Certification

Required: High school degree or equivalent

Experience

Required:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Project Coordination
  • Prior experience which demonstrates the ability to problem solve and adapt to changing priorities, environment and technologies
  • Prior experience in relationship building
  • Prior exposure in business meeting / conference scheduling and management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management, and internet applications to create professional documents, reports and presentations.
  • Communication skills including verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Team oriented interpersonal skills
  • Pharmacy/PBM and/or health insurance industry background preferred
