Aspire Health Alliance, a leader in the field of behavioral health, has outstanding opportunities for candidates interested in developing or expanding a career in Human Services. Our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program works with over 400 clients in the community, providing support and encouragement so that they can live their best lives. Referrals are received directly from the Department of Mental Health, and clients reside either in the community or in one of our residential settings.   

We are currently seeking candidates for the following roles: 

The Residential Rehab Counselor supports adults with mental health challenges who reside together in a residential group home setting. Be a part of a dedicated team who plays a crucial role in empowering residents to achieve independence by enhancing their daily living skills, managing psychiatric symptoms, ensuring physical health, and overall improving their quality of life.  

The Outreach Case Workers provide outreach to and advocate for a caseload of clients by developing, implementing, and monitoring high-quality treatment and clinical plans. This role involves managing clients’ funds, serving as the primary liaison between service providers, families, and guardians, and monitoring both physical and mental health to ensure overall well-being. Ensure clients are connected to needed resources.  Document rehab services; conduct treatment plan reviews in alignment with individual goals; oversee the maintenance of clinical and health records at the Braintree office site.

Required Skills

  • Patience and an understanding and ability to interact with individuals with disabilities
  • Dependability, flexibility, and desire to help others
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn to use an electronic health record system
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record---access to a personal vehicle required at some sites

Required Experience

  • Previous experience working in the human services field, or completed coursework in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • CPR/FA and MAP certification will be required
  • BA/BS in Psychology or related field preferred
