- Adaptability and Flexibility: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Your responsibilities as the Retail Store Manager will include:
- Manage a talented team of 22 associates, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Develop efficient monthly schedules to ensure optimal staffing and exceptional customer service.
- Track sales goals and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets, bringing enthusiasm and motivation to the team.
- Deliver unparalleled service that exceeds expectations, ensuring every customer feels valued and welcomed.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing meaningful feedback and celebrating achievements.
- Assist with product displays to maintain the boutique’s upscale and inviting ambiance, with some light physical tasks involved.
