Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system
  • Promoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate
  • Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload.
  • Able to exercise progressive decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work, and exceed, in time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
