Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. As such, we have created the Corporate Card Product Management team under the Corporate Program Product Management organization to centralize strategic aspects that impact the value prop of our Corporate Green, Gold, and Platinum Cards such as product strategy, benefits management, spend enablement, and operations.

This Senior Analyst will be part of the Corporate Card Product Management team and will own key reporting and competitive intelligence, uncover Card value prop opportunity areas, and lead select Card benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Corporate Payments industry expert by analyzing internal reporting/surveys and the external landscape and lead the effort to uncover themes, trends, and opportunity areas
  • Deliver these insights to Product Managers to enable them to make data-driven decisions that will help drive P&L growth
  • Identify key questions and hypotheses that will help the team prioritize their research efforts
  • Manage our shipping/courier Corporate rebates program, by acting as the day-to-day liaison with the partner, helping design marketing offers, and testing into new ideas based on campaign results
  • Develop, update, and manage Corporate Card content across channels to ensure our value prop is appropriately represented
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure stakeholders understand the value of our Corporate Card program and help answer partner questions
  • Assist with the PMO and thought leadership of strategic projects occurring across the team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management or in the financial service industry 
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across large cross functional teams
  • Analytical skills with comfort identifying key themes and insights from reporting
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive and a team player
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn & a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • NYC-based

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
