As part of the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions group (EDDS), the Enterprise Acquisition Products and Platforms team (EAPP) is constantly evolving how we serve and meet the needs of our customers. Digital acquisition is one of Amex’s top priorities. Core to delivering on this priority are card, loan, banking, and payment application and onboarding experiences that enable a positive and engaging experience for customers to apply for our products. In addition to an enormous emphasis on users and usability, our team is responsible for growing new accounts acquired and accounts receivable, by increasing application completions and approvals.

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, you will support data management and governance of digital acquisition data. Through your work and collaboration with key partners, this will help drive initiatives supporting accurate, reliable, and accessible data to be utilized by stakeholders across the enterprise. You will be a critical input towards defining and enabling business success, while ensuring compliance with data regulations, promoting data understanding and minimizing operational risk.

Responsibilities

·Translating requirements into coherent user stories using agile tools and methods

·Implementation of data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across acquisition systems

·Delivering the product roadmap and capabilities in collaboration with other delivery teams

·Partnering with engineering and design functions throughout the product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery and ongoing iteration

·Continually stay abreast of new digital platform trends and customer needs and the changing regulatory, competitive, and technological landscape across global markets

·Leverage SQL skills to manipulate and analyze large data sets.

·Perform in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes

·Support the development and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators related to KYC-B Risk reporting

·Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives effectively

·Collaborate and communicate with product teams, tech partners, and business stakeholders across the enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

·Highly motivated with strong sense of accountability, initiative, and a "can-do" attitude

·Bachelor’s Degree preferred

·Proficiency in data management tools and technologies

·Experience working on projects within the Agile Framework

·Proficiency in data analysis/extraction: SQL and Python

·A passion for technology, proficient in investigating customer needs and problems; Readiness to contribute ideas on product design, project management and technical solutions.

·Demonstrated knowledge or aptitude for product management, ability to define and improve processes

·Strong written & verbal communication skills

·Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguous or unstructured problems and influencing without direct authority, among peers and with leaders, to drive desired outcomes

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
