Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytically skilled Senior Policy and Budget Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in providing high-value financial insights, performing rigorous analyses and delivering strategic recommendations for senior leadership, directly contributing to the University’s success.



As a vital member of the University Budget office, you will undertake significant financial projects, complex analyses, and reporting initiatives to support the enhance business performance and policy alignment. With a commitment to fostering change and innovation, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, helping to develop funding models, evaluate regulatory impacts, and support strategic planning.



Key responsibilities include the preparation of complex financial reports using advanced query tools and University reporting systems. As a key member of the University Budget Office, the individual will provide innovative insights and guidance for senior leaders across the University. Recommendations will be used to shape decisions and policy.



The individual will anticipate the impact of potential regulatory changes on our ability to evolve our financial operations and will champion the change process. They will participate in the development and design of future funding models.



The successful candidate will establish and maintain productive relationships with colleagues across the University, facilitating a deeper understanding of the potential strategic and operational impacts arising from various initiatives.
