Position
Reporting to the Manager, Employer Partner Success, the Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in connecting top talent with our partner organizations through a comprehensive, full-cycle recruitment process. This role is dedicated to securing exceptional candidates, specifically Military Veterans and Military Spouses, for Hire Heroes USA's valued partners. The Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and their internal teams to manage every aspect of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will work in partnership with the Business Development Manager to evaluate prospective partners, ensuring their hiring needs align with the executive retained search service model. This role is crucial to driving successful talent placements and fostering lasting relationships with partner organizations.
The Senior Recruiter should have strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, and screening, with a focus on high-demand roles. Key skills include exceptional communication, relationship management, and the ability to use recruitment platforms like Salesforce and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract both active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to evaluate potential employers for the Executive Retainer Search Service; participate in follow-up calls to assess the suitability of partners and their roles; lead discussions to align on partnership goals and outline the execution of upcoming search requirements
  • Support the Account Manager, Employer Partnerships, in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with partners under contract for the Executive Retainer Search Service
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer acceptance, including assessing skill levels, guiding interview and offer stages, providing salary recommendations, and securing candidate commitments
  • Proactively source top talent by tapping into both active and passive candidate pools through referrals, networking, internal databases, and curated contact lists
  • Maintain clear and seamless communication with external partner employer teams, preparing them for interviews and facilitating smooth information flow across all levels of management
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates in high-demand roles
  • Leverage multiple recruitment platforms (Salesforce, Loxo, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to manage and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently
  • Play a key role in refining best practices for executive searches, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, best practices, and legal guidelines throughout the recruitment process
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic and effective recruitment efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving challenges for candidates, clients, and internal teams
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 4+ years of demonstrated expertise in Recruitment
  • Profound negotiation skills, coupled with a track record of effectively communicating partnership benefits to potential prospects
  • Previous success in recruiting military veterans, showcasing a commitment to diverse talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to engage with a wide-ranging candidate pool, highlighting adaptability and inclusivity
  • Exceptional business acumen, underscored by a proven history of nurturing relationships
  • Proficiency in Boolean Searching techniques, enhancing precision in candidate sourcing
  • Remarkable organizational prowess, coupled with meticulous time management, attesting to a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding oral and written communication aptitude, fostering impactful candidate and partner interactions
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and concurrent projects, displaying effective multitasking capabilities
  • Previous sales experience (desirable), adding a strategic dimension to recruitment proficiencies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Loxo (preferred but not mandatory), reflecting adaptability to diverse tools and technologies
  • All policies and procedures must be upheld on a regular basis

Work Environment/Physical Demands
  • General office environment; temperature-controlled
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment, e.g. copiers, phones, computers
  • Travel Required: Up to 10%
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
Estimated New Hire Salary: $46,850 - $52,782 Annually + Uncapped Commission
