Job Summary

The Office of Community Relations is seeking one graduate assistant during the 2024 spring semester to assist with the support the research for the book on white male C-Suite leadership as full partners of supporting and advancing top talent manuscript. The graduate assistant will play an essential role in the collection, management, preparation and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.

 Responsibilities include assisting with:

 • Researching current literature with the concepts of leadership, mentoring, sponsorship, C-Suite leaders, cross-gender/cross-race mentoring relationships, etc.
 • Synthesizing a literature review
 • Supporting researchers with organization of chapters
 • Communicating with C-Suite leaders and managing aspects of their interviews (i.e., scheduling zooms interviews, coordinating headshots, managing release forms, etc.)
 • Providing assistance with dictation technology
 • Participate in dissemination of research findings.
 • And other duties as assigned. 



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate for the position is organized, flexible with scheduling, and willing to work with a team of researchers, and also has some interest in qualitative research.
