As the evening coordinator, you will work with the student center manager to review weekly events and ensure the continual operations of the building during peak usage times while serving as a professional staff member on site for building operations. In this position you will serve as a building liaison with campus partners and work with the building manager to review work orders and event set-ups for each week. It is your responsibility to check in with staff for each event, to assist with monitoring building access and ensuring proper usage of the facility, and to provide event set-up and breakdown support. You will serve as a responsible staff member during evening and weekend hours, respond to student needs, and promote a safe environment.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • One year of experience with student programming support and/or building maintenance and management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
