Job Summary

This position is responsible for the maintenance of student records ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of information. Assist the Registrar with services to support the student enrollment process, the graduation process, and enforce the college's policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

- Assists the Registrar in ensuring the timely and accurate implementation of the graduation process each semester. Responsibilities include auditing graduation requirements, facilitating the appropriate awarding or denial of degrees, and communicating with students and faculty.
- Resolves daily problems and questions regarding records. Assist faculty, staff, and students with clarification of rules, degree requirements, override requests, and other registration or records needs.
- Oversees the accurate and timely posting of no show and grade reporting.
- Serves as the college’s Residency Officer.
- Processes concurrent enrollment and consortium agreement forms.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Office Systems, Liberal Arts, Business, or related field and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent.
