LMI is seeking a PMO Reporting Specialist to support USPS’s Counterfeit Intercept Program operations.  The PMO Reporting Specialist will be part of a team that is delivering comprehensive communicaions and operations support for the Counterfeit Program for USPS.  All  candidates must have strong communication skills, a passion for project management and reporting, and a desire to learn new technologies on high-profile projects. .

Responsibilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.
  • Experience analyzing data, and designing dashboards
  • Develop and implement a variety of data analytics products and services, including analyses, performance metrics, data mining, reports, dashboards, and data visualization products using PowerBI, BigQuery, or other data visualization tools.
  • Think strategically about how to publish data visualizations and present analytic results.
  • Provide data analysis expertise to measure and report on progress towards objectives and key results, including both development/delivery metrics and business process outcomes.
  • Gather business-focused requirements to support development teams and product owners, including supporting the backlog and ensuring the user’s perspective is considered.
  • Identify core business needs, decompose, and document concepts of operation, story maps and user stories, document business rules and construct workflow diagrams, as needed.
  • Develop and refine business needs statements and/or change requests containing clear and actionable epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in scrum, sprint planning, story refinement and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Develop documents to support program compliance with USPS IT Technology Solutions Life Cycle.
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in supporting cross-functional teams and engaging with leadership at various levels within an organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant business, technical, or professional, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (such as PowerBI, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agile software development framework.
  • Prior experience with Kubernetes, DialogFlow, and/or Google Cloud Computing Services.
  • USPS Public Trust Holder

Target salary range: $87,217 - $153,503
