Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic team player with a passion for creative problem-solving and a knack for navigating complex projects? We are seeking a dynamic Workplace Transformation Manager to join our Real Estate team at Arrow Electronics. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to drive general process improvements, enhance data quality, harmonize processes, and implement software enhancements. Your expertise in providing in-depth data and financial analysis will be crucial as you support our real estate teams with data-driven insights, enabling strategic decisions that optimize our real estate portfolio. As a Workplace Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in tracing savings and investments, tracking financial information related to real estate, and proposing strategies to ensure the success of our initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage complex medium and large-scale real estate projects specifically focusing on the implementation of new technology and workplace solutions and harmonization of real estate processes in accordance with Arrow's strategic business.
  • Use formal project management documentation and methodology.
  • Partner with business stakeholders at varying levels to ensure buy-in and successful execution of projects.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple project constituents - including Real Estate, HR, Finance, and business team members, in addition to external vendor partners.
  • Responsible for monitoring the end-to-end project management efforts, including defining the scope and objectives of identified real estate projects, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  • Lead communication activities associated with in-region stakeholders and real estate leadership.
  • Address project-related escalations to ensure continued progress and risk mitigation, where possible.
  • Properly manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, involving key decision-makers and communicating updates timely.
  • Pursue real estate process standardization and improvement, in accordance with the Global Real Estate strategy, structure, process, and technology.
  • Track project budget and provide financial analysis of project outcomes.
  • Create and manage BI dashboards.
  • Act as a back-up for Workplace Transformation Director when needed.


What We Are Looking For:
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Strong project management background in real estate.
  • Understanding of the complexity of large organizations.
  • Previous experience implementing software and software improvements (real estate software preferred).
  • Previous experience analyzing data and recommending strategic solutions related to real estate to help the company make data driven decisions.
  • Must understand corporate real estate.
  • Experience creating Power-BI dashboards.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Project management certification preferred.


Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$84,700.00 - $125,015.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
