Ensure all technical aspects of the meetings run smoothly, including audio and video quality, connection stability, and user access.</li><li>Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future telecom equipment and corporate technology needs.</li><li>Performs scheduled inventory audits, preventive maintenance, software, and firmware updates on AV equipment.</li><li>Supports staff with setups for users in event spaces and conference rooms.</li><li>Sets up video conferencing on both permanent and mobile systems.</li><li>Regularly inspect and maintain AV equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Update software and hardware as needed to meet the latest technological standards and improve meeting experiences.</li><li>Quickly identify and resolve technical issues before or during meetings. Provide technical support and guidance to users experiencing difficulties with AV equipment or meeting platforms.</li><li>Work closely with the IT department and external vendors to ensure AV systems are integrated seamlessly with the organization’s IT infrastructure. Required Experience:
