Position:Qualification Coordinator IIIDepartment: Referral ManagementReports to: &nbsp;Qualification SupervisorPosition Description:The Qualification Coordinator III is responsible for accurately processing all assigned referrals. The Qualification Coordinator III acts as a liaison to facilitate communication between referral sources, patients, and the health care agencies.
