Job Duties

<li>Complete all grant related budgeting, purchasing, account reconciliation and reporting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with elementary schools in the tri-county region (Campbell, Claiborne and Anderson counties) to establish a Career Awareness/Work Ethics curriculum supporting healthcare fields in demand locally.</li>
<li>Develop a Career Awareness/Work Ethics curriculum with emphasis on health careers for implementation in grades K-6.</li>
<li>Develop curriculum and activities for middle school camps for 7th and 8th graders in schools.</li>

As a box office and events coordinator, you will ensure customers receive exceptional service at every level. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with the planning and implementation of resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents.JOB DESCRIPTION<ul><li>Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property, as well as assists with utility set-up and deliverance of packages and package claim reminders.</li><li>Develops and publishes property newsletter, which includes planned events, resident services, and advertisements.</li><li>Handles resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests. Prepares incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues, in accordance with Company standards.</li><li>Schedules activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintains the contract on any such rental, and collects applicable fees. Ensures guest suites are in rental condition and provides additional amenities to residents, such as movie rentals, books, and games.</li><li>Processes work orders for the maintenance department, ensures they are completed timely and accurately, and contacts the resident to determine if they are satisfied with the work completed. Prepares weekly maintenance report to verify resident requests are being completed.</li><li>Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts maintenance to items that need to be repaired.</li></ul>#LI-KK1The hourly range for this role is $23.50 - $26.00Additional Compensation:<ul><li>Corporate Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;an annual bonus program based on&nbsp;individual and company performance.</li><li>Onsite Property Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.</li></ul>Robust Benefits Offered*:<ul><li>Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability &amp; Life&nbsp;insurance benefits.
