As our founder, Kent Taylor once said, “We are a people company that just happens to serve steaks.” Check us out, you won’t be disappointed!Position Overview This position will be responsible for managing all construction and equipment warranty claims on new store openings for the first year of operation including logging and tracking claims.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the schedule, quality, and ownership of all new store construction warranty claims</li><li>Communicates with the managing partners on all warranty claim issues until resolved</li><li>Assists general contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors throughout the warranty process by tracking and managing the warranty claims holding the responsible parties accountable for the repairs/replacements</li><li>Identifies warranty responsibility and ownership while also managing any non-warranty financial responsibility for the operators</li><li>Supports both TRH operators and all contractors hired by department</li><li>May encounter company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets</li></ul>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience considered</li><li>A minimum of 4 years of experience in a role that tracked projects, managed warranties, coordinated with vendors, handled contract negotiation or related field required. Experience in construction, facilities maintenance or accounts payable a plus.</li><li>Proficient at MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.&nbsp; Smart Sheets experience a plus</li><li>Contract knowledge, conflict resolution, and strong negotiation skills a must</li></ul>
