Since our inception in 2012, EDP has helped more than 30 owners of well-run propane businesses transition to their own “next chapter” while benefiting everyone involved.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chat</li><li>Providing accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status</li><li>Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concerns</li><li>Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system</li><li>Promoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate</li><li>Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions</li><li>Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload.</li><li>Able to exercise progressive decision-making.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to work, and exceed, in time sensitive environment.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.&nbsp;</li></ul>Approximately 20 hours per week&nbsp;Pay $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledThis job posting does not state or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
