Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or a related business field from a regionally accredited institution. Active CPA, CIA or CISA certification is required. At least 5 years of professional experience in auditing; up to 2 years of professional experience in accounting or a related business field may be substituted for 2 years in auditing. Demonstrated professional experience in managing project(s). Documented experience working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Accounting or a related business field from a regionally accredited institution. Experience working or auditing in higher education. Experience working with or auditing a complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including Ellucian Banner. Other related professional certifications. This is a full-time, faculty term appointment within Emergency Medical Technology department. The individual shall be knowledgeable in all aspects of pre-hospital care, capable of applying techniques and modalities of adult education, and of managing resources and resource personnel. The individual shall act as a liaison between faculty, students, the local medical community, and the Office of Emergency Medical Services. The individual is also responsible for the delivery of didactic material, demonstration of the psychomotor skills, verification of skill proficiency, and continued faculty development to meet the needs of the institution. The Instructor is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom/lab instruction and related activities. Working under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager, Mechanic Lead Worker or designee. Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the general and technical maintenance and repair of all facilities, equipment and furnishings involving a variety of building trades. Performs assigned tasks to maintain the physical operations of the college, aesthetics of all facilities, and ensure a safe environment of students and staff. Work includes working with skilled tradesmen, helpers, and laborers in the daily maintenance tasks, as well as emergency repairs that are required to be completed.
Job Duties

<li>100% - Maintain and repair various HVAC systems and controls. (Chilled water, VRF, Geothermal, Hybrid geothermal systems, with pneumatic, electronic controls) 20% Preventive Maintenance on heating and air-conditioning systems to include adding refrigerant; washing coils; changing filters, belts, bearings, and electrical components. 20% Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, or install all associated with electrical systems, (i.e. electrical circuits, fixtures, outlets, timers, motor controls, electric motors, etc.) 15% Maintain plumbing systems to include fixtures, piping, water heaters, wastewater and drainage. 10% Perform planned and unplanned maintenance tasks. 10% Maintain all underground utilities. 3% Maintain all door locks and door hardware including records, repairs, and cutting keys. 7% Collaborating and working with outside contractors. 5% Maintain facility finishes throughout the campus. 5% Knowledge of the department and work area’s mission and its appropriate application. 5% Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of supervising authorities. - (Essential)</li>

This is a part-time, Adjunct Faculty position in the Natural Sciences Department. THIS POSTING IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF AN OPEN POSITION. Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Prepares and delivers instruction on topics of Human Anatomy &amp; Physiology.</li>
<li>Compiles, administers, evaluates and grades students' class work, laboratory work, assignments, tests, and papers fairly and consistently; and keep students informed about their progress through the prompt grading of papers and other work.</li>
<li>Develops curricula and instructional material such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.</li>
<li>Maintains office hours for students seeking academic advice, assists in student recruitment and retention; and assists students with course-related problems outside of the classroom.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate student attendance records, grades, and other required records in compliance with federal FERPA regulations.</li>
<li>Attends all faculty meetings, college assemblies, professional development and orientation activities, and other meetings as called by the President, Dean or Department Chair.</li>
<li>Keeps abreast of developments in the field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences.</li>
<li>Participates in departmental and college committees; and provides outreach service to the community.</li>
<li>May perform other duties as assign by Department Head/Dean.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in biological sciences with at least nine graduate or undergraduate hours of coursework relevant to anatomy and physiology.

<li>Master's degree with a major in biology or in a related biological sub-field and certified according to Human Anatomy and Physiology Society standards. 
</li>
<li>Professional degree in the medical sciences (M.S.N., M.D., D.O., D.C., D.V.M) and certified according to Human Anatomy and Physiology Society standards. 
</li>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of current teaching and learning strategies to facilitate student-centered learning; experience interacting successfully with an ever-growing student population.
