Job Summary
The College of Arts and Sciences (A&S) is seeking a College Financial Analyst to facilitate all procurement for assigned departments within the College of Arts & Sciences, monitor the college’s internal ticketing system daily for requests for payments, reconcile accounts monthly following established College & University policies & procedures, complete concur expense reports to be submitted to supervisor and/or budget approver by established deadlines, and interpret and enforce university policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and consistency with best practices for the A&S Business Center.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service, organizational and planning, attention to detail, and communication (both written and verbal) skills. We are seeking a collaborative individual with initiative, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills as well as a high respect for diversity and inclusion. In addition, experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and a broad understanding of business procedures.
