Able to work in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Creates and maintains property accounting records and files.</li><li>Records and posts financial transactions. Prepare journal entries and provide supporting documentation during the close; such as calculating, validating, and recording accruals and expenses, re-classes and adjustments.</li><li>Reviews and approves utility invoice coding prior to payment.</li><li>Maintains and confirms accuracy of recurring GL entries.</li><li>Completes month-end processing, including - but not limited to - completing bank reconciliations, analyzing gross potential rent, and recording monthly management fees.</li><li>Maintains, analyzes, and posts monthly expense accruals.</li><li>Analyzes and prepares month-end reports including variances to budget, prior month, and prior year.</li><li>Leads monthly financial review calls with Community Leaders and Regional Directors.</li><li>Reconciles balance sheet accounts to support ledgers.
