As the assistant director of the office of neurodiversity services, you will consult with university departments – including disability resources, counseling, academic departments, residence life, registrar's office, academic affairs, admissions, etc. – regarding disability and behavioral issues related to neurodiversity. You will provide one-on-one support and use applied behavior analysis therapy to determine necessary accommodations and academic adjustments based on the student's documentation, Section 504/ADA guidelines, and other screening tools.
