<h4>Overview</h4>LMI is seeking a Policy Management Specialist to support the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Policy Mgmt. Specialist will be responsible for helping USPS establish a policy management function within the Office of Corporate Affairs. Working directly with human resource specialists and officers from Corporate Affairs and other USPS functional groups, the Policy Mgmt. Specialist will help establish governance criteria, draft management instructions, consult on management decisions, and align with policy practice. A successful Policy Mgmt. If you are a strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving results, this position offers a dynamic and impactful opportunity to contribute to Ovia Health’s growth and success.This role reports to the Sr. Director, Consultant RelationsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Consulting Relations to develop and execute Ovia’s strategy for consulting and industry relationships.</li><li>Create and implement strategies to establish new connections with consultants and enhance existing relationships with local and regional consultant and brokerage offices.</li><li>Organize meetings with consultants to showcase Ovia Health’s unique offerings and generate interest and enthusiasm.</li><li>Provide strategic advice to effectively position Ovia Health for lead generation opportunities.</li><li>Track and record all consultant interactions and activities using systems and sales tools.</li><li>Partner with the sales team to boost lead generation through activities such as lunch and learns, local events, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with consultants and brokers.</li><li>Collect and relay feedback from consultants and brokers to internal teams, highlighting solution needs, gaps, and opportunities.</li><li>Support client success by engaging in meetings with brokers as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and client success teams to ensure a smooth transition and support for new or existing business growth.</li><li>Maintain an effective plan for market penetration.</li><li>Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Consultant Relations and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to prepare responses to Consultant RFIs.</li><li>Update and maintain external-facing tools and systems with the latest Ovia information, and direct RFP requests to the appropriate Regional Sales Directors.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Over 5 years of experience collaborating with benefit and HR consultants or working as a consultant/broker.</li><li>Extensive network and established relationships with top benefits and HR consulting firms across various regions and industry sectors.</li><li>Demonstrated success in generating and cultivating sales leads through consultants and brokers.</li><li>In-depth understanding of the employer’s perspective and the benefit purchasing decision-making process.</li><li>Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common objectives.</li><li>Strong presentation and written communication skills, capable of delivering compelling pitches and presentations on complex topics.</li><li>Proven history of building and maintaining relationships with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.</li></ul>Location:Remote: 100%Travel 50%Must reside within the states listed and have reasonable access to travel to assigned market territoryApplication Window: 12/2/2024Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000/yearThe position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.&nbsp; Casual, PRN &amp; Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.&nbsp; For more detailed information, please&nbsp;click here.&nbsp;Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:As an EOE/AA employer, Labcorp strives for diversity and inclusion in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
