Position Summary SoCal JCB currently has an opening for a Territory Sales Representative to support our machine sales coverage. This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer satisfaction to assigned accounts through the sale or rental of products and services offered by SoCal JCB. The Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between SoCal JCB and the customer. Major Tasks, Responsibilities &amp; Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations and preparing quotes.</li><li>Build relationships with customers quickly and in a mutually beneficial manner.</li><li>Listen to and engage every customer to obtain sufficient information to correctly determine or confirm his/her requests.</li><li>Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, availability, product uses and rental policies.</li><li>Fulfill requests promptly and accurately, in line with company procedures.</li><li>Obtain customer information such as name, address and payment method.
