This position will work collaboratively with all departments to support the adoption and effective use of Volunteer State Community College’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Slate. This position will be responsible for maintaining an accurate CRM architecture that supports Volunteer State Community College’s Enrollment Funnel. The CRM Administrator will contribute to the development of the CRM by training/educating new users, providing input on technical solutions, and exploring/implementing previously unused features.
Job Duties:
Daily administration and support of Volunteer State Community College’s CRM platform and its users, including but not limited to, managing user security, responding to user requests, and end user support. Keep current on newly released Slate features and tools to routinely assess unused resources and recommend relevant projects and feature enhancements. Work with data management systems to integrate information from outside sources with the CRM. Develop, test, deploy, and maintain ad-hoc communication and communication campaigns to targeted audiences supporting the Enrollment Funnel. Develop, test, deploy, and maintain events inside the CRM to facilitate registration and tracking, and communication for participants in College activities. Create, manage, and refine custom queries, reports, and dashboards. Design, create and maintain forms for the collection of information, custom pages throughout the CRM, applications, and support business processes. Collaborate with relevant departments to setup and maintain Scheduler/Active Scheduler to include customizing the model for each area’s needs and providing training for users. Create and maintain Portals within the CRM to support faculty, staff and student needs throughout all parts of the Enrollment Funnel. Create and maintain documentation on business processes and policies. Manage ongoing maintenance efforts of previously built functionality including but not limited to data sources, prompts, queries, and reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for all escalated Slate questions. Use technical expertise to troubleshoot individual issues that arise. Create and deliver end-user training/documentation and develop ongoing assessment to ensure consistent use of system tools. POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director for Technology Operations is a technical leader and critical member of the Technology Services Division’s (TSD) leadership team, responsible for overseeing the College's technology infrastructure, systems and operations to ensure the efficient and secure delivery of technology services to students, faculty and staff. This assistant director will collaborate closely with various College departments to align technology initiatives with the institution's strategic goals and core values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of the College's technology infrastructure, including networks, data centers, user support services and telecommunications systems. Ensure the availability, reliability and scalability of technology resources to support teaching, learning, student success and administrative functions. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the College’s technology can support institutional needs with minimal disruption to services. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with the College's mission, goals and core values, with specific emphasis on building an infrastructure that supports teaching, learning and working. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field with at least eighteen (18) credit hours in graduate level Social Work from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
Collegiate level teaching experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge and/or experience using a variety of instructional delivery modes. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Teach courses via on ground as assigned. Teach evening, off-campus, and distance-based courses as required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Post grades during the term for student feedback and submit final grades for each semester by the deadline established by the Registrar.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Complete required College trainings and complete all required reports such as attendance, Early Alerts, progress reports, grade submissions and administer and return surveys by the required deadlines. Advise the Program Chair or Dean at the earliest possibility if you are unable to teach a class. Attend meetings as requested by the Program Chair and/or Dean. Comply with all the College’s and TBR’s policies and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Regularly check your JSCC email and your departmental mailbox. Respond to emails/messages within 48 hours except on the weekend.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Submit class syllabus or update department syllabus at least 2 weeks prior to the first day of class or within seven days of the execution of contract.&nbsp;</li>
