Position Summary:&nbsp;To provide leadership and support for the Nursing Pathway’s curriculum and students. Leadership and support are primarily focused on maintaining connections with area Nursing schools and distributing information to Nursing Pathway students and advisors.
Essential Functions:
60% Coordinate Nursing Pathway advising. Communicate with PSCC AAS Nursing advisors. Maintain dedicated Nursing Pathways advising area on the Hardin Valley Campus, and provide advising information to students at other campuses, as well. Advise nursing pathway students as well as maintain connections with Nursing Pathways advisees through emails and social media platforms, as well as visits to prerequisite classes.
20% Develop and implement annual plans for the program area. Develop and maintain relationships with transfer institutions for Nursing Pathways. Develop and maintain accurate advising literature for transfer institutions/programs. Keep current information on website and available in print.
15% Collaborate with Student Orientation coordinators to ensure that all incoming students who are interested in nursing are given appropriate information. Coordinate with enrollment representatives to represent PSCC at high school events, career fairs, etc.
5% Other duties
Participate in routine activities and special initiatives related to Nursing Pathways. Mediate and address student and faculty concerns and conflicts. Supervise work-study and/or Student Employment Program (SEP) students. &nbsp;
Part-time work experience is calculated at 50% of full-time experience.

Nature of Contacts: The nursing path coordinator will interact with administrators, advisors, coordinators, faculty, and students in the college as they obtain and share relevant information regarding the nursing pathway. In addition, the coordinator will interact with local transfer partners to share information regarding transfer options for students.
Responsibility for Accuracy: These errors, or oversights should be caught, if not immediately by the supervisor, the Dean or Departmental Assistant, and by the subsequent reviewers.
Judgement and Decisions: Day to day management of Nursing Pathways advising.
Physical Demands: Travel to all campuses will be required. Otherwise, a standard degree of ability in walking, standing, and sitting are required. Manual dexterity (use of computer keyboard and handwriting) is necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides proctor services for exams and interprets placement test results. Upholds proctoring standards and rules for all tests conducted.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/ JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Completes annual proctor certification exams. Proctors online and conventional pen/paper tests. Interprets and implements vendor test protocols for students. Maintains surveillance of testing labs to ensure there are no violations of student guidelines. Coordinates with the Access Center accommodated testing space and proctor availability. Facilitates approved student accommodations in the Testing Center. Verifies accommodated student appointment in the AIM system. Builds appointment in Register Blast system.

Maintains security and accountability of tests. Processes, documents and reports testing irregularities and incidents to supervisors. Communicates necessary testing guidelines and information to examinees. Serves as a liaison between the Online Learning Office and the Testing Center. Collects, coordinates, and distributes web test materials to the main campus and to all College Testing Centers. Prepares detailed correspondence regarding proctoring requirements for various programs and vendors.
Provides focused customer service to students, faculty, administration and the public. Enters Accuplacer scores into the College’s Banner system. Job Summary
The Men’s Basketball Graphic Designer is a college work study position reporting to the Coach, Jarrett M. Stephens. The Graphic designer will create graphics, edits, and other content for the purpose of social media content, program marketing, and recruiting material.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Creating graphics and edits highlighting men’s basketball</li>
<li>Collaborating with the Sports Information Director and Social Media Specialist on creating content</li>
<li>Collaborating with the Team Photographer to create content</li>
<li>Some travel may be required</li>
<li>Professional dress is required on game days</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be a registered student of Southwest Tennessee Community College. 
</li>
<li>Only students who are approved for Federal Work Study are qualified for this position. 
<ul>

</li>
<li>Graphic design students preferred but not required 
</li>
<li>Experience/ knowledge creating graphics and edits 
</li>
<li>Attending all games, community service events, award ceremonies, etc.

<li>Commitment to the time requirement 
</li>
<li>Good communication and time management skills</li>
</ul>

Job Summary
The Men’s Basketball Social Media Specialist is a college work study position reporting to the Coach, Jarrett M. Stephens. The Social Media Specialist will manage the social media sites for Men’s Basketball.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Ability to develop and implement a social media strategy</li>
<li>Collaborating with the Sports Information Director, Graphic Designer, and Team Photographer to create content</li>
<li>Some travel may be required</li>
<li>Professional dress is required on game days</li>
<li>Encourage greater social media participation</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be a registered student of Southwest Tennessee Community College. 
</li>

The Men’s Basketball Team Manager is a college work study position reporting to the Coach, Jarrett M. Stephens. The Team Manager provides services to assist in operations pertaining to the basketball program. 
Job Duties

<li>Inventorying equipment and gear</li>
<li>Fill water bottles and coolers before games and practices</li>
<li>Run the clock during practice</li>
<li>Have officials room prepared for arrival on game days</li>
<li>Camcorder operation on game days</li>
<li>Make sure all items necessary for home and away games are prepared</li>
<li>Some travel may be required</li>
<li>Professional dress is required on game days</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
