Job Summary
Elizabethtown Community &amp; Technical College is seeking a Career Services Counselor III for the Advanced Manufacturing Accelerator Project (AMAP) grant to assist students with identifying their pathways, advising them with dual credit offerings and postsecondary schedules, career counseling, and all college admissions procedures. This position will also work with the technical advanced manufacturing faculty with the redesign of the advanced manufacturing programs. This position is funded by a Department of Education grant through December of 2027.




Job Duties:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Develop relationships in rural areas school systems, economic development offices, and industries in Breckinridge, Grayson, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington counties. • Participate in advisory committees comprising representatives from ECTC, school districts, employers, community leaders, and economic development leaders from across the service region. • Work with ECTC departments to promote assistance opportunities and to develop internships, externships, apprenticeship programs, and hands-on experiences for students. • Assist and guide students and adult learners through the pre-college admissions and financial aid application processes. • Establish relationships and partnerships with Adult Education Centers, Area Technology Centers, Career Centers, employers, school districts, and community leaders. • Conduct job fairs, career exploration activities, and essential skills development workshops. • Work as an active team member of the AMAP staff and input student data into student files. • Support regional programming efforts by collaborating with other grant staff and coordinators. Job Summary
The full-time Lineman Instructor will provide direction and instruction for the Lineman Training Program on the MCTC Rowan Campus. Will be responsible for assistance in recruitment of students by attending networking meeting, holding seats on job-related committees, and attending career fairs for secondary institutions and adults. Order materials and supplies needed for the program on the Rowan campus. This position will also build and retain strong employer partnerships through advisory boards, guest instructors, and student employment opportunities after completion of the training. Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Electronic Records System Manager/ Database Administrator III is to collaborate with the Director of Electronic Content Management and Records in leading, supporting, and managing cross-functional digital system projects that address the needs of faculty, staff, and students across the organization. This position plays a critical role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Electronic Document Management System (OnBase Software), ensuring secure document storage, easy retrieval, retention, and compliance with regulatory and operational standards. With the system-wide scope, the Electronic Records System Manager supports approximately 4,000 users (staff and faculty), 7,000 students, and maintains over 8 million document images within OnBase. Additionally, the position will provide essential communication, training, and support to college personnel in managing and creating electronic records and shared digital processes. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Job Duties:
Collaborate closely with the Director of Electronic Content Management and Records to execute and monitor electronic content initiatives and projects. Lead and manage cross-functional system teams in the planning, implementing, and overseeing operations and projects related to electronic content management system. Oversee the creation, storage, and access to digital information across KCTCS, as well as the management of On Base workflow and forms. Ensure continuous improvement and daily management of the enterprise electronic document software (OnBase), adhering to appropriate document management and retention standards. Coordinate all experiential learning services, including establishing and maintaining various sites for Experiential Learning Opportunities (ELOs), professional development for faculty and staff, community forums, site orientations, and training videos (student, faculty, and site mentors). • Assist in the development of agreements, partnerships, and collaborative efforts with local industry and community partners in support of OCTC’s Experiential Learning and Career Services Center. • Collaborate closely with ELC Success Coaches to provide individualized service to students and facilitate ELC programming. • Develop and maintain centralized processes, procedures, forms, and definitions for the Experiential Learning and Career Services Center and related activities. • Manage Experiential Learning and Career Services budget. • Assist with ongoing assessment and evaluation of experiential learning and career services. • All other duties as assigned. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Higher Education, Leadership, Counseling, Experiential Learning, or related field) and six (6) years related experience, or equivalent is required.&nbsp;

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the maintenance of student records ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of information. Assist the Registrar with services to support the student enrollment process, the graduation process, and enforce the college's policies and procedures.




Job Duties:
- Assists the Registrar in ensuring the timely and accurate implementation of the graduation process each semester. Responsibilities include auditing graduation requirements, facilitating the appropriate awarding or denial of degrees, and communicating with students and faculty. - Resolves daily problems and questions regarding records. Assist faculty, staff, and students with clarification of rules, degree requirements, override requests, and other registration or records needs. - Oversees the accurate and timely posting of no show and grade reporting. - Serves as the college’s Residency Officer. - Processes concurrent enrollment and consortium agreement forms.




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Office Systems, Liberal Arts, Business, or related field and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent.&nbsp;
